Please log in to your Smart Portal and access your Forgiveness application by clicking "Go to Forgiveness Portal", and selecting the ‘Loan Forgiveness’ button on the dashboard that loads on the following screen.

Note, if you applied for a 2021 PPP loan for more than one business, you will need to ensure you've selected the proper business account in the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of your screen before launching the Forgiveness Portal.
