To apply for PPP loan forgiveness, please follow the steps and links below.
- Register your account or log into your existing account, using this account set up guide, as needed.
- Once logged into your Smart Portal account, select your PPP loan, and click “Launch Forgiveness Portal.”
- After you launch the forgiveness portal, a forgiveness application will appear on your screen. Please fill out the requested fields in the forgiveness application. For tips and guidance, please reference our Forgiveness Journey, as needed.
- Once the application is complete, press “Submit” to send the application to our verification team for final review.
- If additional information is required, a member of our forgiveness team will reach out to you.
- If no additional information is needed, the application will be sent for your signature via DocuSign and then submitted to the Small Business Administration (SBA) for their review.
