Trying to reset password and not receiving the email

Please make sure you are entering an email address that is associated to the account; if you are not receiving a "forgot password" email, that may be an indicator that an incorreect email is being used. 

Once you submit a request on the portal to reset your password, if the email address that you entered into the form matches what we currently have on file, you will receive an email to that inbox containing a reset link. Please be sure to check your spam folder for any messages you may have missed. Sender address will be support@newitymarket.com.

If you cannot find this email, we may need to update your primary email address so that you can re-register. Please submit a support ticket using our contact form.
