On my PPP Forgiveness application, the portal won't let me proceed to the next action and/or it won't let me upload documents on the screen.

I'm having technical issues trying to complete my PPP Forgiveness application.

Please use the navigational arrow at the bottom of your screen to page back to the very first page of the application, then use the right navigational arrow to page forward to the page where you encountered the issue. If this does not help, you might be experiencing a technical bug. Please follow the below steps in order to resolve the issue.

We have found that most of the PPP applicants can eliminate perceived technical bugs by simply walking through the following troubleshooting steps while going through their PPP loan application.

Initial Steps:

  1. What browser are you using?
    1. Chrome is preferred, Edge is also acceptable.
  2. Are you applying via a Mac or PC?
    1. Member may encounter difficulty using a Mac.

Next Steps:

  1. Log completely out of the PPP application system.
  2. Close all windows on your browser.
  3. Reopen browser (remember, Chrome is preferred).
  4. Before navigating back to the member dashboard and launching your PPP 2.0 application, clear the cache from your internet browser.

  5. Navigate to your member dashboard and log back in.
  6. Navigate to your PPP 2.0 application.
  7. Click back arrow to leave the screen you are currently on.
  8. Click forward to go to proceed forward.
  9. Did it fix the issue?
