I've uploaded the documents my verifier asked for, why isn't my application moving forward?

My verifier asked me for more supporting documents for my PPP Forgiveness application. What do I do?

Once you have a Verifier assigned to your forgiveness application, you should always email them first as they are trained to answer questions specific to your application - unlike the member services team. Your Verifier is your Account Manager and will be there for you throughout the process.

Please follow the steps in our Forgiveness Borrower Action Resubmission Guide to resubmit your application so we may continue processing.

Note: We are unable to continue processing your forgiveness application until all the steps to resubmit are complete.
