If you received an email from your bank that means that they have partnered with us to service your PPP Forgiveness application.

We are excited to introduce ourselves as your partner and support team in navigating the complexities of your PPP loan. As you may know from recent correspondence from your bank, NEWITY is now your forgiveness and ongoing servicing partner for your PPP loan.
You'll need to create an account and verify some info before gaining access to your account. Please follow the steps below to gain access and be sure to refer to our detailed Account Setup Guide for helpful screenshots and further troubleshooting tips!
Once you have access to the Smart Portal, you will be presented with a registration page asking you to confirm your business information. Please review this section carefully. If you have multiple businesses, you will be able to confirm their information once you have accessed the Smart Portal dashboard.

Once you've registered your account, you can begin your forgiveness journey by clicking "Go to Forgiveness Portal" and submitting your application. This is your online portal to submit your application to our team to review and send to the SBA for approval. Please review our PPP Forgiveness Guide to get started.
