I need to change the primary email address that is currently on file.

Easily update the primary email address on your account by logging in and visiting 'My Business'.

You can update your email address in a few quick and easy steps.

First, log into your NEWITY account using your current email address. If necessary, you can click 'Forgot Password' to reset your password.

Once logged in:

  1. Click My Business to view your business details and the users assigned to your account.
  2. Click the Edit symbol to easily update your business info and user info. 
  3. Click Save Changes to save the new information.

*Changes to the primary user on your account can only be done by the primary user on the account. Secondary users will only be able to update their information.
