I received an email from my assigned Relationship Manager requesting required documentation, how can I provide them the documentation?

You may email the documentation to the Relationship Manager or you can select the “Documents” dropdown from your Portal Dashboard and upload the documentation to the corresponding placeholders.  

Please note that if you choose to upload the requested required documentation from your Portal Dashboard, it will speed up processing time if you inform your Relationship Manager through email or using the “Connect to Relationship Manager” feature on your Portal Dashboard to let us know additional documentation has been provided.
