You can receive your ERC refund in as little as five days after NEWITY approval.
It can take 1-2 weeks for NEWITY to approve you for ERC Advance. Please note, you can expedite your ERC Advance approval by submitting the following documents promptly:
- Form 941 and recently filed Form 941-X
- ERC calculation, if available
- Any memo or shutdown orders, if available
- Income statements / gross receipt support
- Annual payroll data
- PPP forgiveness applications, if applicable
- Business tax returns
